Thank you for shopping at 5:1 Industries. We stand behind our products 100%. If, for any reason, the product fails to meet your expectations, we are committed to working with you.

To return a 5:1 Industries product WITH ConcealTech:

Unfortunately due to the custom nature of ConcealTech, returns or exchanges may only be accepted if the product with ConcealTech is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. If the product with ConcealTech is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number before making a return or exchange. To obtain an RMA number, email us at returns@51industries.com within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and request an RMA number.

In your email, please be sure to state: 
1) the date of purchase, 
2) the order number, 
3) which product you would like to return, and 
4) the defect.

The RMA number must be included with the returned product. Please note that sizing may vary between styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please email us at returns@51industries.com. Due to the custom nature of ConcealTech, the purchase of incorrect sizes cannot be returned.

To return a 5:1 Industries product WITHOUT ConcealTech:

You have 14 days to return a product without ConcealTech from the date you receive it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unaltered and in the same condition as you received it.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number must be requested prior to making the return. To obtain an RMA number, email us at returns@51industries.com within 14 days of receipt of merchandise and request an RMA number.

In your email, please be sure to state:

3) which product you would like to return, and 
4) the reason for the return.
